I am so sick of the rain I can't even express it. I have nothing else to say. It's April and I want the rain to stop and I want the hills to die and set themselves on fire (well, maybe not that last part).

| It's so beautiful when it's brown (mostly because it means that it isn't raining constantly) |
I'm keeping hold of the smaller paddock for a little while, probably until the beginning of May. His big paddock is mostly clay, so it gets VERY muddy very quickly with rain.
Fingers crossed this is what has been missing with TC. I do think he needs to deal with pressure better, but I think he'll come to his work in a better state of mind if he isn't locked up in a 12x36 area 23 hours a day.

Fingers crossed for you! Buzzy buzzy Bast settled into a push ride with a lot more relaxation when he moved from smaller single turnout to field board with more room, time out, and friends.
ReplyDeleteUgh yeah I totally hear you on being sick of the rain. Our outdoor arena (dressage court) has been closed for weeks, and Cupid's pasture is a swamp.
ReplyDeleteBut I thought April showers brought May flowers?
