WW: You'll Have to Try Harder Than That (Apparently)

This (mostly) Wordless Wednesday is brought to you by learning to buck with your head down and also sticky butts. I'll write more about this incident (that happened a week ago and he's been foot perfect since) tomorrow since it was hilarious and the aftermath was a bit interesting.

attempt this day was kinda crap, then Tanya fixed us this week

I'm working on these damn ankles but it's so hard, I refuse to get
boots that allow my ankles to move inside of them because I want
to address the biomechanic behind the bounce.
