This quarter was the best one all year, which is kind of not saying much because the last two quarters kind of sucked. We moved barns, started riding with Tracey a bunch, made major progress at Second level, and still made some time for trail riding. I also had my business start to boom, which has been really fun and completely insane! I love teaching all these new people and am hoping for steady growth through the winter.

Q3 Goals (July, August, September)

Msc

I'm doing a lot more volume but not yet at heavier weights
- force myself to take a day (at least 4 hours) off to JUST relax and do nothing at home (note to self: cleaning your house, working out, running errands, or working are not nothing)
YES I had a couple of days off and they were absolutely glorious.

- don't panic if work slows down this winter, it will and it's okay

- utilize rainy days to make flyers and meal prep (also to relax)
- bill people sooner (ugh I put this kind of thing off)

- post at least three times on IG
Msc
- go bouldering again
- consistent gym schedule
- go snowboarding (or at least go to the snow)
- take at least one weekend day off per month (so three for this quarter)
- set up a vacation budget/separate account to save for it so that I can actually enjoy the fruits of my intense labor


Vacation and time off is really important! I'm glad you incorporated it into your goals because you work so much!
